Ahlatcı Acquires Enerya Energy

Ahlatcı Holding Company acquired Turkey’s second-largest private natural gas distribution company Enerya Energy AS. Enerya Energy operates in 10 different cities with 30 years long of the license to distribute natural gas, serving more than 1.4 million customers.

With this acquisition, Enerya Energy’s 15.000 KM long network and 4 billion cubic meter annual natural gas volume is been incorporated into Ahlatcı. Ahlatcı network which already serves in Çorum, Yozgat, Kastamonu, Karabük and Çankırı will be grown into new areas such as Konya, Karaman, Aksaray, Ereğli, Erzincan, Antalya, Denizli, Aydın, Nevşehir and Niğde.

Ahlatcı Holding Company will increase its natural gas network to more than 19.000 KM whit this merge and will hold %23 of the total market share.
